Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible to access our services through either NDIS / HCP / My Aged Care. You can also access our services as a private client and our care consultant will be able to assess your circumstances and tailor a competitive service package that is best suited to you.

What are the costs involved for the various services provided?

Our service fees are as stipulated by the NDIS price guidelines set by the NDIS safeguards commission.

If you are a home care package client/private client, please contact us for a competitive package.

Can culturally-sensitive support staff be requested for?

Yes, you can, and we will endeavour to fullfill your requirements from our diverse pool of care staff from multicultural backgrounds who are trained to be culturally sensitive and respectful of all your needs and preferences.

How do we safeguard your privacy?

As a registered NDIS service provider we are obliged to meet our legal and ethical obligations to respect the rights and privacy of the people we support. Your information will not be disclosed to anyone without your approval.
