Is This You?
We are looking for heart-led professionals who are already living in NSW and possess a “can-do” Aussie spirit. To be eligible for this sponsorship pathway, you’ll need:
- Experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience as a PCA, Disability Support Worker, or Nurse.
- Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.
- Compliance: A valid driver’s licence, your own reliable transport, and all relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, and CPR).
- Communication: Ability to meet the English language requirements for the 482 visa.
- Character: A reliable, professional approach and a genuine passion for person-centred care.
