As a registered NDIS provider, Concept Care offers support to participants looking to enjoy holidays and short trips tailored to their individual needs. These experiences can be partially funded under the Core Supports budget, allowing a portion of a participant’s NDIS plan to cover eligible accommodation and recreational costs.

Our experienced team works closely with participants to review their funding and develop a personalised holiday plan. We take care of the planning, coordination, and implementation—ensuring the experience is safe, enjoyable, and aligned with the participant’s goals and support needs.
