Our Privacy Officer will endeavour to:
- Provide an initial response to your query or complaint within 10 business days, and
- Investigate and attempt to resolve your query or complaint within 30 business days or longer as necessary and notified to you by our Privacy Officer.
Policy Updates
Concept Care reserves the right to change this Policy at any time, and any amended Policy is effective upon posting to this Website. Will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to you via email or notification via the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of any amended Policy.

As a NDIS Registered Service Provider, Concept Care is governed by the NDIS Code of Conduct
NDIS Code of Conduct requires workers and providers who deliver NDIS supports to:
- Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with relevant laws and conventions
- Respect the privacy of people with disability
- Provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner with care and skill
- Act with integrity, honesty, and transparency
- Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that might have an impact on the quality and safety of supports provided to people with disability
- Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence, exploitation, neglect, and abuse of people with disability
- Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.
In addition, at Concept Care our internal policies guarantee a seamless and positive work atmosphere – one that offers clients full choice and control.
With the introduction of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW) (the Acts), Concept Care is committed to assist with the eradication of Modern Slavery by implementing this policy and managing the risk with suppliers so as not engage in Modern Slavery.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders of Concept Care.
Concept Care will work proactively to reduce modern slavery within our supply chains and operations and we expect all organisations we engage with to do the same. Concept Care maintains a Modern Slavery Policy outlining our approach to reducing the risk of modern slavery practices within our supply chains and operations.
We are committed to applying a continuous improvement approach to how we reduce the risk of modern slavery practices within our supply chains and operations.
We will seek feedback from Employees, Suppliers, Partners and other parties in regard to the success or otherwise of the actions we have taken to reduce the risk of modern slavery.
Concept Care will report to the Minster the actions it has taken to prevent Modern Slavery within its structure, supply chains and organisation, in accordance with the legislation.
If an employee, contractor, volunteer or related person to Concept Care is aware of Concept Care or a supplier or service provided that is breaching the Modern Slavery Laws, the individual should report the breach to their direct manager or if not able to do so, the next individual that is appropriate in the reporting chain of command. The individual may also make a report through Concept Care’s Whistle-blower Protection Policy and be afforded the protections under Whistleblowing laws and Concept Care’s Policy.
