Concept Care is Growing: Why We’re Moving to a New Space!

Change is in the air at Concept Care! Since we first opened our doors, our mission has been to provide high-quality, person-centred support to our community. As our family of participants and dedicated staff has grown, so has our need for a space that can better serve you.
We are thrilled to announce that from Monday, 23 February 2026, we will be operating from our brand-new office!
New Office, Same Heart: Our Gregory Hills Relocation
While our address is changing, our commitment to you remains exactly the same. Our new home is just a stone’s throw away from our previous location, ensuring that we stay right in the heart of the community we love.
From 23 February 2026, you’ll find us at:
New Address: 109-111, The Hive, 23 Central Hills Drive, Gregory Hills NSW 2557
Why the move?
This isn’t just about more desks and chairs. This new space has been selected to provide:
Greater Accessibility: Improved layout and more room to move and meet comfortably.
Enhanced Facilities: Modern spaces designed for better collaboration and support planning.
Dedicated Wellness & Day Program Hub: Purpose-built rooms for everything from Allied Health and therapeutic support to our vibrant Day Programs, featuring modern spaces for social activities, life-skills workshops, and creative arts.
Central Convenience: We are remaining in the Gregory Hills business hub to ensure easy, local access for all our participants and families.
Expanding Our Care with Allied Health
This expansion comes at an exciting time for our team. We are proud to share that Concept Care is now a registered and approved NDIS provider for Therapeutic Supports (Registration Group 0128).
Our new, larger office is perfectly equipped to deliver a comprehensive range of Allied Health services, including:
Physiotherapy
Occupational Therapy
Speech Pathology
Psychology
Exercise Physiology
Dietetics
Therapeutic Counselling
These services allow us to better support our participants to build capacity, increase independence, and achieve meaningful, person-centred outcomes directly from our new Gregory Hills hub.
Find us in the Neighbourhood
If you’re coming to visit us for a meeting or a chat, you’ll find us easily. We are still conveniently located near the Gregory Hills Town Centre, making it easy to pair a visit to us with your weekly shopping or a coffee at The Hub.
Being just off the main stretch near landmarks like Smeaton Grange and the Gregory Hills Hotel, our new office is designed to be a central, welcoming point for everyone in the Camden and Campbelltown regions.
Note for Visitors: Please ensure all mail and scheduled appointments from 23 February onwards are directed to our new suite at 23 Central Hills Drive, Gregory Hills.
